A six week course to help organizations and leaders to think strategically. Leaders begin by learning a strategic thinking process and then build their own strategic and operational plans together with their teams. A six week course that goes through the foundations of how to grow and be transformed as an individual. It uses Jesus as our model and includes case studies. A six week course to give students a basic understanding of Community Transformation (called Vision of Community). It includes basic concepts, case studies, and group discussions. A six week course to develop or improve your organization or community's actual VOC plans. Students present their VOC plans, discuss and improve them.
